I like your cams. Use to visit here now and then. Why? Because I lived in Newport Beach at Oakwood Apartments a couple of months during 1992. I also lived in Palo Alto two yrs 2000-02, so Santa Cruz is a familiar place for me and my family. Thank you for a keeping the cams running year after year. I will return.

A happy coincidence that I have cameras where you once lived and played. Do you have a view of the Baltic Sea from Tyresö? Maybe we can put a camera there?

Love that beach! I just realized that So. Cal. must be in a horrible drought. I hardly miss a day watching the surf and surfers and realized that it has been a loooong time between rainy days--like, a looooong time. Good thing everyone buys bottled water now.

I lived in Newport from 1979 to 1992. Balboa Elem... NHHS 85' ! Now live in Indy and missing surfing Newport like you can not imagine. I have also surfed Half Moon before. THANKS for posting the web cams! It brings some sanity to this Hoosier. Looking forward to "Secrets" web cam again.

Not sure what the scoop is down there in Newport, but I'll get to the bottom of it.

In the meantime, a BIG thank you to Carolyn for the donation...in this case, the check really WAS in the mail.
